Tanita is our «head chef» and runs the kitchen with a steady hand. This is the woman who is as raw with food as she is with her infectious laughter. She is concerned that the food should both look good, taste good and do good. If she can spice up the food with good humor and a little extra love, the day is good. She comes from the beautiful neighboring municipality of Luster, but has made Kaupanger her home. She thinks it's perfectly fine to live close to the fjord and likes to take the kayak out to get some peace. She lives with a large workhorse and a small one, so a detour is needed once in a while. You can see her and the dog whizzing past on an electric scooter, but Sofus is getting on in years, so it will be exciting to see who she will leash up in the future. Tanita is constantly surprising - whether it's with pranks or something good on the table. We don't dare to prank too much, because we know that revenge is sweet.
