Elise has control of most things and most people. She is strategically located, easy to reach and smiles broadly when you come. Then she knows that she can have a good chat, help you with mail, student loans or small and big things that come up throughout the year. She speaks "native", lives in the center of Sogndal with her husband and three children. But that doesn't stop the lady from producing beautiful knitted clothes, going for walks or finding social activities for the staff. She organizes and reorganizes where needed and is a powerful leader in the office.
