Food harvest project autumn 2020
The students have had a food theme for 4 days. We focus on how to gather food in nature such as cuckoo sorrel and juniper berries, we buy local, short-distance lamb and vegetables. The vegetables were harvested and the sheep were gathered, the lamb we ate was butchered by the students themselves.
They have harvested local apples, which were pressed into apple juice. They have also caught crayfish and fish in the fjord. All this ended with a wonderful and stately harvest party on Saturday evening. Watch the film and get an insight!
