Skiing

Introduction to alpine skiing, telemark or mountain skiing with turning technique and powder driving. We divide into groups and you get instruction, challenges and feedback on what is good, and what can be improved. No prior skills are required. You need ski equipment, suitable clothing and a helmet – which is mandatory. The teaching takes place in Sogndal Ski Center.

Improve your skills on and off the slopes. We practice techniques on the slopes that will help you handle steeper terrain, icy conditions, and loose snow.
