From the summer senior dance in June 2016
For the fifth year in a row, Sogndal Folk High School invites you to an active week with dance, køseri, excursions, cultural programs and good food in pleasant premises 14-19 June 2017. The school is a meeting place for active seniors from all over the country who love challenges, experiences and senior dance! The school is located in the center of Sogndal and close to the spectacular that Norwegian nature has to offer. The fjord landscape, glaciers and the highest peaks of the mountains. In addition to dance and exercise, we take you out to some of this. The program is a mixture of dance, exercise, lectures, excursions and socializing. The school offers nursing in pleasant boarding houses, some rooms with private bathrooms, and a good and varied diet in the school's beautiful premises!
The summer senior dance is organized by former principal of Sogndal Folk High School, Mai-Evy Bakken, with Anne-Lise and Einar Brandshaug as instructors.

Fast boat from Bergen
Direct flights (Widerøe) from Oslo and Bergen, where the airport bus stops at the school.
Course price:
Double room with bathroom in the hallway NOK 5,700
Single room with bathroom in the hallway (6 rooms) NOK 5,900
Double room with bathroom (10 pcs) NOK 6,300
Single room with bathroom (4 pcs) NOK 6,900
The course price is a total price that covers full board, tuition, all excursions and transportation, lectures and other cultural events.
We will take reservations regarding program changes.

Register by May 1, 2017 at Sogndal Folk High School. We accept as long as there is space. Send an email to sogndal@sogndal.fhs.no to register, state your room request when you register. As long as there is space, you will get your request.
