Sogndal Folk High School has a temporary position available as a cook/kitchen employee for 70-100% 

Sogndal Folk High School wants to strengthen its focus on sustainable, organic and locally sourced food. We have about 100 students who will have food every day. Now we are looking for YOU as a committed employee on the team!

Sogndal Folk High School is an open-minded folk high school located in the center of Sogndal. The school has approx. 100 students. We have the following courses: Outdoor Life, Cycling and Skiing, Photo Design, Skiing and Climbing, Photo Travel and Sports.

Sogndal Folk High School is a general education school, with an emphasis on personal development through a broad range of subjects. The school's values ​​are equality, democracy and sustainable community.

The work tasks are mainly cooking. It also includes washing up after meals and some cleaning of school buildings.

A certificate in cooking is desirable, but relevant work experience is also emphasized. Furthermore, you must be flexible, accurate and good at collaborating.

Salary according to collective agreement. As an employee, you will be granted membership in the Norwegian State Pension Fund.

The position is available from September 11, 2017 to May 1, 2018, with the possibility of extension.
