The good life and the BIG apple day

This week is about self-preservation, sustainability, making good choices in life, and locally sourced food.

Today everyone is busy producing and bottling apple juice - a must (must) here in the fruit village. At the same time, lamb is butchered, various products with apples or pears in them are baked, and reusable shopping bags are produced.
