The school year 2019-20 is underway

On August 25, 109 students arrived at Sogndal Folk High School.

The sun was shining, it was still nice summer weather. After dinner we gathered in the amphitheater, by the fire, and had a little introduction and welcome. Even Mayor Jarle Årvoll wanted to join us and greet our young people - and give them a Sogna welcome in real Sognamål.

Today there is a tour, handing out keys, taking photos for student cards, and some coursework.

There are many excited young people, staff, and possibly parents too - we will take good care of all our wonderful students! We are looking forward to all the great experiences and learning that lie ahead for all of us.
